What areas do you cover?

We manage residential and commercial properties across Halesowen, Stourbridge, and surrounding areas.

Do you work with letting agents?

No. We own and manage all of our properties directly, meaning no third-party agents or hidden fees.

What types of properties do you offer?

Our portfolio includes 1–2 bedroom apartments, family houses, and commercial units, all maintained to a high standard.

How long are your rental agreements?

Most of our tenancies are long-term lets, typically starting with a 6 or 12-month agreement that can be renewed.

Do you allow pets in your properties?

Some of our homes are pet-friendly, depending on the property and landlord approval. Please ask about this when enquiring.

How do I apply for a property?

Simply contact us to arrange a viewing. If you’d like to proceed, we’ll guide you through the application process directly.

Do you require references or credit checks?

Yes, we typically require references and affordability checks to ensure a secure tenancy for both parties.

How much is the deposit?

Deposits are usually equivalent to 4–5 weeks’ rent, and all deposits are protected in a government-approved scheme.

Do I need a guarantor?

Not always. A guarantor may be required in some cases depending on employment status, income, or credit history.

Who do I contact if I have a maintenance issue?

As we manage everything in-house, you can contact our team directly and we’ll arrange repairs as quickly as possible.

How quickly are repairs dealt with?

We aim to respond to urgent issues within 24 hours, and most general repairs are handled within a few working days.

What happens at the end of my tenancy?

You can choose to renew your agreement, move to another one of our properties, or end the tenancy with proper notice.
